Who is responsible

What we process

The contact and information-request forms send us your name, company, email address, optionally your phone number, your message, and the product and page the enquiry came from. The website stores nothing else about you. Our hosting provider processes the technical data needed to deliver the site and protect it against abuse, such as your IP address in short-lived server logs.

Why we process it

We use form data for one purpose: answering your enquiry and the follow-up that belongs to it, such as sending documentation or a quotation. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract; where that does not apply, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence.

We do not use your data for marketing lists, profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and the correspondence that follows no longer than needed to handle them. Where an enquiry leads to an order, the related records fall under the statutory retention periods for business administration.

Who receives it

Only the service providers that run our website hosting and business email process your data on our behalf, and only to provide those services. We do not pass your data to other parties unless the law requires it.

Cookies and embedded content

This website sets no cookies at all: no analytics, marketing or other non-essential cookies, no trackers that follow you across websites, and its fonts are served from our own server rather than an external service. That is why it shows no cookie banner.

To see how this website is used we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts page views, referring websites and countries without cookies, without storing anything on your device and without building a profile of individual visitors. Cloudflare processes these statistics on our behalf.

The forms are protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile. To establish that a submission comes from a person it processes technical data such as your IP address; it sets no tracking cookies and builds no profile of you.

Product videos (YouTube, Vimeo) load only after you click play; from that moment the video platform processes data under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, and for rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or transfer. Send your request to info@kampabv.nl and we will respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

We may update this statement, for example when the website or the legislation changes. The current version is always published on this page.
